The reminder by default pops up on the lower right corner of the screen, which is like a blind spot to me. By default, your calendar settings should be set to 'Free / Busy Time', which means that other users viewing. Microsoft Outlook provides several calendar options that allow you control how other users can view your calendar and allows you to assign permission for other users to view details, modify, edit and/or create events on your calendar. Microsoft Outlook doesn’t provide a menu option that seamlessly “merges” or “combines” calendars. Another reason is some calendars are “read-only” and I can’t edit the information.
